Abstract:With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,CNC machining technology came into being,which can effectively meet complex machining operations and make up for the shortcomings of traditional machine tools to a certain extent.In the national economic development,industry is the core industry,and accelerating industrial automation production has become a key task,which cannot be separated from the support of mechanical NC machining technology.It has important practical significance to better meet the needs of industrial development in the new era and further enhance the technical level of mechanical NC machining.Firstly,this paper summarizes the mechanical NC machining technology.Secondly,the factors affecting the technical level of NC machining are analyzed.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the technical level of NC machining are discussed.
