摘    要:悬置系统的设计对车辆NVH性能起着重要作用,影响着整车振动大小及噪声水平.以某车型动力总成悬置系统为载体,基于Virtual.Lab建立的系统分析模型,分别计算了悬置系统固有频率分布、模态解耦率及系统位移量,结果显示:悬置系统固有频率分布不合理,重要方向的解耦率小于80%,且位移量大于10mm,均不满足要求;应用遗传算...

Abstract:The design of the mount system plays an important role in NVH performance of the vehicle,and affects the vibration and the noise level of the whole vehicle.Taking the powertrain mount system of a vehicle as a carrier,and based on the system analysis model established by Virtual.Lab,the natural frequency distribution,modal decoupling rate and system displacement of the mount system are calculated respectively,the results show that:the natural frequency distribution of the mount system is unreasonable,the decoupling rate in the important direction is less than 80%,and the displacement is greater than 10mm,which do not meet the requirements.Based on the results,the system variable is set as the mounting rubber stiffness,and the range required by the natural frequency and displacement is set as a constraint condition,and the genetic algorithm is applied for optimization and analysis of the mount system,with the goal of maximizing the decoupling rate.By optimizing the mounting rubber stiffness parameters,the natural frequency and displacement of the mount system can be controlled within the required range,and the degree of modal coupling is greatly reduced.
