CMI发动机气缸密封性在翼修复研究

摘    要:基于现用的气缸离位修理技术,针对存有缺陷的发动机气缸进行修理和修复,开发出一种新的维修工艺,以保证在位研磨实施过程中达到与现行气缸压缩性修复工艺等效的气缸密封性恢复效果,使其压缩性能恢复至新缸水平,较大程度减小维修周期并节约维修成本,并降低该型发动机因气缸压缩性低所造成故障的可能性。

Abstract:Based on active cylinder off-location repair technology,in view of the defect for repair and repair of engine cylinder,it developed a new process of maintenance,to ensure implementation in the grinding process to achieve with the current cylinder compression repair process equivalent cylinder recovery in sealing effect,making its compression ability to a new level of cylinder compression performance.And it largely reduced the maintenance cycle and saved maintenance costs,and it reduced the possibility of fault of the caused by the low cylinder compression.
