| 摘 要： | 重点实验室是科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是国家开展高水平基础研究和先进应用基础研究、集合和培养各领域优秀人才、开展专业学术交流、促进科技资源开放共享的创新基地和主战队.本文针对某汽车类重点实验室的申报过程进行分析,总结了申报中的常见问题,并提出合理的建议.

| Abstract: | Key laboratories are an important part of the scientific and technological innovation system.They are the national innovation bases and main battle teams for carrying out high-level basic research and advanced applied basic research,gathering and training outstanding talents in various fields,carrying out professional academic exchanges,and promoting the open sharing of scientific and technological resources.This paper analyzes the declaration process of a key laboratory of the new four modernizations of automobiles,summarizes the common problems in the declaration,and puts forward reasonable suggestions. |
