煤矿井下防爆柴油发动机的设计特点分析

摘    要:煤矿井下防爆柴油发动机是针对煤矿井下瓦斯浓度大、空间小、通风不顺畅环境特点所引进的一种特殊发动机,其设计结构比较复杂,一旦操作失误容易引发安全隐患。为此,文章在阐述柴油机原理、过程、构造的基础上,结合一般性柴油发动机使用缺陷来分析煤矿井下防爆柴油机的应用优势,并从温度、电气元件、火星消除、零部件材料的选择应用几个方面具体分析如何优化煤矿井下防爆柴油发动机的设计。

Abstract:Coal mine explosion proof diesel engine is a large space for the coal mine gas concentration small ventilation is not smooth environmental characteristics by introducing a special motor,its design structure is complex,once the error is easy to cause potential safety hazard to this end,this article expounds the principle of diesel engine,on the basis of process structure,combined with the general diesel engine using defects to the advantage of application of the coal mine explosion-proof diesel and temperature electrical components from Mars to eliminate of the component materials application aspects specific analysis how to optimize the design of the coal mine explosion-proof diesel engine.
