SR20飞机燃油系统故障分析及调试

燃油是发动机动力输出的源泉,燃油系统负责为发动机供应连续稳定精确计量的燃油,保证发动机的安全运转。作为我院主力训练机型,SR20飞机燃油系统故障率的高低不仅关乎飞行安全更直接影响飞行训练进度。本文从燃油系统工作原理入手,结合近年来该机型实际运行中的燃油系统故障案例,对该机型燃油系统进行全面的故障机理分析,整理故障现象、原因及排故调试方法,为后续该机型燃油系统维护提供便利。

Fault Analysis and Commissioning of SR20 Aircraft Fuel System

Fuel is the source of engine power output.The fuel system is responsible for supplying the engine with continuous and stable accurately measured fuel to ensure the safe operation of the engine.As the main training model of our hospital,the failure rate of SR20 aircraft fuel system not only affects the flight safety,but also directly affects the flight training schedule.In this paper,starting from the working principle of the fuel system,combined with the fuel system fault cases in the actual operation of this model in recent years,a comprehensive analysis of the fuel system fault mechanism of this model,sorting out the fault phenomenon,causes and troubleshooting methods,to provide convenience for the subsequent maintenance of this model's fuel system.
