| Abstract: | The contributor attended the High-level Management Training Course in France as a member of a study tour organized by the PTA of Heilongjiang and comprehensively and systematically learned the operation, administration and management system of France Telecom. Through information and experience exchange among experts, it is found out that a comprehensive reform has taken place in France Telecom to keep abreast of the world's telecom development trend by implementing the market-oriented telecom enterprise commercialization and telecom equipment production and to enhance the company's competitiveness throuth high quality of services. |
