直流电磁泵泵沟电场分布数值模拟

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件模拟计算了4种尺寸的流槽产生的电场,仿真出电磁泵泵沟的电场分布情况,计算出流槽中间区域的电流密度大小。通过分析电流密度数据,发现50mm的升液管和进液管更适合电磁泵的实际应用.从而为电磁泵的研发提供了一定的计算机辅助设计。

Abstract:Electrical field was simulated and computered using ANSYS software for launder of electromagnetic pump. Electrical field distribution was simulated for pump channel. Current density was computed of central region in launder. By analyzing electric current density, the result shows that rise-liquid-tube and incoming-liquid- tube are more suhable for the practical application of electromagnetic pump, which provides computer aided design for the research and development of electromagnetic pump.
