摘    要:文章采用电化学方法,研究了用硫酸浸泡大蒜法提取的缓蚀剂对碳钢在酸洗溶液中的缓蚀作用。考察了大蒜质量分数和酸浓度对缓蚀效果的影响,实验结果表明,该大蒜提取物在酸性介质中有良好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀效率达96%以上。

Abstract:The organic inhibitor of garlic was picked up by the method of sulfuric acid soaking. The corrosion inhibition effect of the inhibitor for carbon steel in the pickling solution is explored by electrochemical methods. Besides, the effects of the mass fraction of garlic, the acid concentration, and the corrosion temperature on the corrosion inhibition were also discussed in the paper. The results indicated that the picking inhibitor had preferable inhibitive performance in acidic medium, and the inhibitor efficiency was higher than 96 %.
