锰浆脱硫中搅拌强度对脱硫反应影响研究

摘    要:研究了搅拌强度对软锰矿浆湿法脱硫反应的影响。在不同转速范围内 ,体系脱硫反应不同。在低转速范围 ,溶液中脱硫反应主要以 Mn O2 和 SO2 为主 ,其产物主要为硫酸锰。在高转速范围 ,由于溶液中溶解氧浓度增大 ,脱硫反应则为在 Mn2 + 、Fe2 + 等催化下 ,水吸收 SO2 的氧化脱硫和 Mn O2 与 SO2 氧化脱硫反应并存 ,其产物为硫酸锰和稀硫酸的混合物

Abstract:The effect of agitation rate on desulfuration reaction mechanism of pyrolusite pulp was investigated. Simulate flue gas was absorbed continually through JBR loading pyrolusite pulp, and desulfurization ratio and ratio of leaching Mn 2+ were examined under different agitation rate. The results showed that within the range of low stirring speed, desulfurization reaction occurred mainly between MnO 2 and SO 2, and main product gained was MnSO 4. In the range of high rotational speed, because of the increase of solving oxygen concentration in solution and the catalysis of Mn 2+ and Fe 2+ ,the desulfurization process was the combining reaction of water absorption SO 2 and the reaction of MnO 2 and SO 2, the end product were the mixture of MnSO 4 and H 2SO 4.
