The future of developing uptown should be digital and Netware, should collect each intellectualized subsystem into one software parcel, data from each intellectualized subsystem can be transfer freely, through intellectualized subsystem to manage uptown service,set up smart quarter service, improve smart quarter to be intellectualized uptown. |
