T型接头激光焊接的温度场和应力场的数值模拟

摘    要:基于SYSWELD的焊接分析功能,采用有限元方法研究激光动态焊接过程中温度场、应力场、应变场的变化情况,应用SYSWELD软件的校正工具对三维高斯热源进行校核.考虑各相的热物理性能参数与温度的非线性关系,建立焊接过程的数学模型和物理模型,以不锈钢X5CrNi1810为例,对T型接头进行三维动态模拟.结果表明:随焊接速度的减小,热循环在高温时刻停留时间增加,冷却速度减慢;随着远离起始端距离的增加拉应力值逐渐减小转变为压应力,最后趋向零.

Abstract:The finite element analysis of temperature field, stress field and strain field during laser welding based on the welding analysis function of SYSWELD were introduced. Moreover, the heat source is modified with the tool supplied by SYSWELD software. The thermo-physieal properties established as the functions of temperature were taken into consideration. T-joint welding of stainless steel XSCrNilS10 was simulated 3D dynamically. The results show eeaseing time of heat-cycle is increased and cooling velocity is also decreased with the decrease of welding velocity. With increase of distance, tensile stress is translated into compressive stress and tends to zero.
