| 摘 要： | 针对国内缺乏氟碳树脂类涂料这一现实，对其生产工艺进行了较系统的研究，以溶剂型氟碳树脂为基料，生产出了高质量的新型氟碳金属漆。通过正交试验得到了优化工艺条件，即银粉分散体、定向混合液、氟碳树脂、流平剂的质量配比以16：40：35：0．4为佳。 |

| Abstract: | A new fluorocarbon metal lacquer was prepared and its technical process was studied.The optimum operation conditions were obtained by the orthogonal experiments.The mass ratio of silver dispersoid/directional mixture liquid/fluorocarbon resin/leveling agent was 16/40/35/0.4. |
