摘    要:本文以No.2,BⅢθ20″Nd:YAG激光板条为例,介绍了无蜡上盘加工Nd:YAG激光晶体板条的加工方法,通过对上盘工艺的改进,有效地去除了胶结变形、热变形对零件面型的影响,解决了由于胶结上盘,下盘后板条面型变化的问题,本方法也适用于其他材质的大直径薄形光学零件的加工。

Abstract:In this paper, takes NO. 2, BⅢθ20 ″Nd:YAG laser slab as an example, describes the processing method of non-wax plate Nd:YAG laser crystal slab processing, through the improvement process on the plate,effectively removed cementation deformation and thermal deformation of face of parts, changed face of the slab to solve the problem, this method is also applicable to other materials in large-diameter thin optical parts machining.
