| 摘 要： | 随着细胞生物学、基因工程等研究领域的发展,临床使用的生物医用材料已经由单纯的生物材料制成的植人物,发展成细胞与生物材料的复合物.生物医用材料不仅应具备生物安全性、生物相容性、血液相容性,还应该具有细胞外基质的作用.本文综述了生物材料作为细胞外基质,对细胞粘附、细胞生长及细胞凋亡的影响.

| Abstract: | With the development of cytobiology and genetic engineering,biomedical materials have become the composite of cell and biomaterial from the simple implantation in clinic,which should be provided with bio-security,biocompatibility and blood-compatibility.The function of biomedical materials as extracellular matrices(ECMs) is in demand more and more.This article reviewed the effect of biomaterial as ECMs on the adhesion,proliferation and apoptosis of cells. |
