摘    要:针对以往前后墙对冲锅炉在节油点火改造中节油率低的问题,提出了冷炉无大油枪点火的启动方式.在对不同炉膛温度下旋流燃烧器煤粉气流温升进行计算分析的基础上,利用微油点火技术,在某电厂330 MW机组锅炉上实现了冷炉无大油枪点火启动的全过程,节油率达94.6%,相对以往的节油点火改造有了大幅度的提高.

Abstract:In view of lower rate of economizing fuel oil on the micro-oil ignition technology retrofit to face-fired boiler,the scheme of the starting mode without injecting fuel oil gun was proposed.Based on calculating the temperature rise of coal-air flow of turbulent burners,and used the micro-oil igniting technology,the cold-boiler starting process without injecting fuel oil on 330MW unit boiler had processed.The oil saving rate of bituminous coal reaches to 94.6%,which has considerably improved relative to other...
