凝汽器壳侧性能数值模拟

摘    要:对某凝汽器简化模型的壳侧蒸汽流场进行了数值模拟,研究过程中采用分布阻力法处理蒸汽凝结管束所造成的阻力,蒸汽凝结过程所产生的蒸汽质量损失采用分布质量汇的方法进行计算.计算区域网格类型采用六面体结构化网格,差分格式采用高阶混合格式,湍流模型为标准k-ε模型,离散方程的求解采用改进的速度-压力藕合(SIMPLEC)算法.计算...

Abstract:The steam flow field in the shell side of the condenser was studied by the way of numerical simulation,the resistance force was computed by the way of the distribution resistance,and used the distribution quality way to compute the quantity of condensed water.The hexahedral mesh,the high resolution difference scheme,the standard k-ε model,and the proved velocity-pressure coupling algorithm were used to simulate the field.The results show that the gradient of the pressure drop in the tubes bundle region was bigger than other regions,the steam flow and the heat load had little change along the along the axial direction,decrease gradually along the steam flow direction.The pressure,velocity and quantity of the steam condensing in the bundle have more change than other regions.
