摘    要:循环流化床(CFB)锅炉二次风机设计都为全速运行,送风量的调节采用改变风机入口挡板门开度来实现,风机采用此种运行方式,在锅炉低负荷运行时效率极低、电耗很高,导致厂用电率偏高,通过对300 MW CFB锅炉二次风机电机进行加装变频器的技术改造,尤其是在机组低负荷运行期间,能提高风机运行效率,实现了厂用电率的大幅降低,达到...

Abstract:When secondary air fan is running at full speed,its fan flow is regulated by inlet valve whose shortcoming is low efficiency,high auxiliary power.By frequency regulating modification of secondary air fan motor,it can improve air fan's efficiency,decrease auxiliary power and attain objective of energy conservation,furthermore,secondary air fan can run steadily at large regulating scale and prolong air fan's life span.
