摘    要:生化法脱硫中,借助氧化亚铁硫杆菌的新陈代谢作用,维持吸收液Fe3+浓度,获得稳定脱硫效率,实验证实,吸收液pH值、Fe3+浓度、氧化亚铁硫杆菌菌量、液气比和吸收液体积对脱硫效率影响较大.当pH值为2.5~3.0时,脱硫效率最高,且与微生物繁殖增长最佳pH值相近;当Fe3+]> 300 mg/L,加菌量超过10 mL,...

Abstract:In the biochemical desulfurization,with Thiobacillus ferrooxidans metabolism role,we can maintain Fe3+ concentration of the fluid absorption and obtain stable desulfurization efficiency.Experiments show that pH,Fe3+ concentration,Thiobacillus ferrooxidans(T.f) volume,liquid-gas ratio and the volume of fluid absorption have great influence on desulfurization efficiency.When the pH is 2.5~3.0,there is the highest desulfurization efficiency,which is similar to the best T.f growth and propagation pH values.When the >300mg/L,T.f volume>10mL,L/G>7,the desulfurization efficiency stabilized at 90%.Because of the simple system,low cost,and no secondary pollution,the biochemical desulfurization has broad application prospects.
