| 摘 要： | 某发电公司600 MW超临界燃煤发电机组,锅炉侧包墙过热器发生泄漏.对泄漏现场进行了调查,并对泄漏部位取样进行显微组织观察,结果表明是由于侧包墙过热器管被三面束缚,严重影响热胀冷缩,在锅炉启停及运行时其承受较大的交变应力,最终在管子的鳍片端部的焊缝部位出现疲劳裂纹而导致泄漏.

| Abstract: | The side-wall superheater in the concurrent boiler of a 600MW supercritical coal-fired power generation unit occurred leakage in a power plant.A survey of the leak site is conducted and observed the microstucture of leaking part.It turned out that the leakage was caused by the fatigue crack on the welded part at the fin end of tube.The crack mainly due to that the side-wall superheater tube was bounded by the three fins,which seriously influenced the thermal expansion a contraction of tube,and the tube must... |
