| Abstract: | The concept of green cutting tool design and its key technologies, including selection technology for green mate rials, design technology for disassembly, design technology for recovering and evaluation methods for green cutting tools are introduced. It is pointed out that a profound change will be created in the cutting tool industry with increasing applications of the green cutting tool design and manufacturing technologies. |
