生物化工/制药企业保留核心员工实战策略

摘    要:人力资源是企业制胜的关键,如何保留核心员工是每个企业孜孜以求的管理密笈。本文分别从招聘留才、把员工塑造成企业的主人、企业发展留人、激励制度留人、职业适应留人、公平竞争机制留人、建立合理化建议制度、制定明确的绩效目标、企业文化留人、激励导向式的薪资策略与自助餐式的福利政策相结合等几大方面阐述了生物化工/制药企业的留人策略。

Abstract:Human resource is the key to win the success of running a company. To retain key employees staying with the company is essential for the long- term development, how to retain the employees of bio - chemical / pharmaceutical companies from recruitment, training the employees to think as they are the owners of the company, business development, encouragement, position adaptability, fair competition, establishing the mechanism of submitting suggestions, clarifying targets, corporate culture, and combination of competitive salary and various welfares choices were introduced in this paper.
