闭环SPWM逆变器死区时间对输出基波电压的影响

摘    要:针对瞬时输出电压反馈控制的SPWM逆变器逆变桥臂控制信号死区时间造成输出谐波电压问题,建立了考虑死区效应时的SPWM逆变器闭环控制模型,研究了逆变桥臂控制信号死区时间对闭环控制SPWM逆变器输出基波电压的影响。仿真和实验结果表明,对于采用瞬时输出电压反馈控制技术的SPWM逆变器,其输出电压在空载时随着死区时间的增加而增加,负载电流超过临界电流后其输出电压随死区时间增加而下降;其阻性负载时的外特性曲线是一条先下降后上升的曲线。

Abstract:Aimed at the output harmonic caused by dead-time inserted in the switching signals in SPWM inverter based on instantaneous output voltage feedback control, the close-loop control model with consideration of dead-time is established, and the effects of dead-time on the fundamental output voltage of SPWM inverter are studied in this paper. Simulation and experimental results indicate that for the SPWM inverter based on instantaneous output voltage feedback control, the fundamental open circuit output voltage increases with the increasing of dead-time, the output voltage decreases with the increase of dead-time when the load current is larger than some critical current, and the output characteristics of SPWM inverter under resistive load is a curve of decreasing firstly and then increasing with the increasing of inverter output current.
