阳离子交换树脂催化合成对异丙苯基苯酚

摘    要:苯酚与2-苯基-2-丙醇在JK008型阳离子交换树脂催化作用下发生Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应,合成了对异丙苯基苯酚,合成产物结构由红外、核磁光谱所证实。考察了催化剂的选择、酚醇的摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对反应收率的影响。得到优化反应条件:n(苯酚)/n(2-苯基-2-丙醇)为2∶1,催化剂的质量分数为5%,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为4h。所得对异丙苯基苯酚的收率为98.0%。试验结果表明,JK008型阳离子交换树脂催化活性较高,可重复利用。以JK008型阳离子交换树脂催化苯酚烷基化反应合成对异丙苯基苯酚,生产工艺简单,反应条件温和,无环境污染。

Abstract:p-Cumenylphenol was synthesized by the Friedel-Crafts alkylation of phenol with 2-phenyl-2-propanol in the presence of JK008 strong acid type cation exchange resin catalyst. The compound structure was confirmed by IR and ~1 HNMR spectral data. The effects of the choice of catalyst, the mole ratio of phenol and 2-phenyl-2-propanol, the reaction temperature and time on the yield of p-cumenylphenol were investigated. The optimum reaction condition is under a 2∶1 mole ratio of phenol /(2-phenyl-2-propanol) at 85 ℃ for 4 h with mass fraction of the catalyst 5%, under which the yield of p-cumenlphenol is 98.0%. The experimental results show that the JK008 strong acid type cation exchange resin catalyst has high catalytic activity and can be reused. The method is simple for the p-cumenylphenol synthesis in the presence of JK008 strong acid typecation exchange resin catalyst, the reaction condition is moderate and no environmental pollution.
