摘    要:以国内某连续重整装置的扩能改造为例,探讨了增加反应器跨线在扩能改造中的应用。在重整装置扩能改造中,面临反应器内催化剂贴壁、反应器加热炉热负荷不足、再生器烧焦能力不足等装置瓶颈。通过理论计算及扩能前后的工业数据对比,说明增设反应器跨线的方法可有效避免装置扩能后催化剂贴壁现象的发生,并降低下游加热炉热负荷。验证了增加反应器跨线的方法应用于重整装置扩能改造的可行性,为连续重整装置扩能改造提供了新的技术解决方案。

Abstract:Considering the difficulty of cracking intermediate base feedstock, a tailored olefin reduction catalyst, GRV-C, was developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and was successfully applied in the No. 1 catalytic cracking unit of Jiujiang Petrochemical Company. After an eight-month running the GRV-C catalyst in the catalyst inventory reached 90% improved performance of catalyst was obtained. As compared with the base case although the residual oil blending ratio in the GRV-C catalyst case increased by 2.47 percentages, the light ends yield increased by 0.49 percentage, and the olefin content in cracked naphtha and coke yield reduced by 5. 7 and 0. 18 percentages, respectively. The GRV-C olefin reduction catalyst exhibited good bottoms crackability and coke selectivity.
