纳米Al_2O_3对PTC材料性能的影响

摘    要:将纳米Al2O3引入半导化钛酸钡的材料中,着重研究了纳米Al2O3对其烧成温度、材料性能以及显微结构的影响。实验表明,与普通Al2O3相比,纳米Al2O3能显著提高PTC陶瓷的性能:温度系数增大60%,常温电阻降低20%,耐压增大13%,升阻比增大近1个数量级。并对纳米Al2O3增强PTC效应机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Investigation was conducted on the addition of nano Al2O3 into barium titanate semiconducting materials, and the focus was given on the effect of nano Al2O3 on the sintering temperature, the properties and the microstructures of PTC materials. The experiments show that compared with conventional alumina powder, nano alumina can significantly improve the properties of PTC material by increasing temperature coefficient 60%, lowering room temperature resistance 20%, increasing breakdown voltage 13%, and jump range about one order, respectively. It is also discussed the enhancement of PTC effect resulted by the nano Al2O3.
