Abstract:Accelerating the establishment of the territorial space planning system and supervising its implementation is amajor deployment made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. The spatiallayout of water conservancy infrastructure plays an important part in promoting the adaptation of various spatial layoutsto the water resources carrying capacity and flood control security level, and reserving space for water conservancyinfrastructure construction. In order to effectively connect the compilation of territorial space planning, spatial layoutmanagement standards, norms and systems of water conservancy infrastructure are studied and established in accordancewith actual needs, completing the design of water conservancy infrastructure spatial database, and studying offlinetile storage technology and Lucene full-text search engine technology. In the Visual Studio integrated developmentenvironment of the .Net framework, a water conservancy infrastructure information management platform is developedusing ArcGIS Engine components, which realizes map browsing, spatial data management, and data quality inspectionand analysis functions. It provides data support for unifying control of water conservancy space application, approvalof planning and compiling, implementation of supervision and management, and also provides a solid foundation andguarantee for the construction of the control platform with one infrastructure space layout map in the next step.
