五重螺旋创新理论视角下建筑工业化创新因素网络研究

为解决我国建筑工业化创新发展缓慢的问题，应补充现有建筑工业化创新影响因素研究在网络视角下的空白。基于扎根理论梳理建筑工业化创新的影响因素，采用德尔菲法确定影响因素之间的关系与权重来得到邻接矩阵，并通过 Gephi软件对建筑工业化创新影响因素网络进行映射和定量分析。结果表明:建筑工业化创新因素网络具有弱稳定性和高效率的特点，政策环境拥有最高的加权度和接近度中心性，对网络影响高效而广泛；技术环境则在 PageRank 和中介中心性有突出表现，在网络中担任 broker 的角色，这些结果都在五重螺旋创新理论下得到了进一步的解释。

Research on the Innovation Factor Network of Construction Industrialization From the Perspective of Quintuple Helix Model

To improve construction industrialization innovation in China and to fill the research gap in construction industrializationinnovation from a network perspective， this research first identified the factors of construction industrialization innovation throughthe grounded theory. Then， the Delphi method is used to determine the relationships and weights between the factors to establish theadjacency matrix， and Gephi program is used to map and analyze the innovation factor network of construction industrialization inChin. The results showed that the innovation factor network of construction industrialization is characterized by high efficiency andweak stability， and the policy environment has the highest weighted degree and closeness centrality， which has the fastest and mostextensive impact on the network； while the technological environment outperformed others in terms of PageRank and betweennesscentrality， playing the role of broker in the network. All these results are further explained under Quintuple Helix Model.
