既有基坑围护结构再利用技术研究与应用

摘    要:在工程结构大规模建设背景下,地层中遗留了大量基坑围护结构,如何利用既有基坑围护结构,实现绿色环保施工,是目前工程技术人员亟待解决的问题。为利用既有基坑围护结构的剩余价值,依托某地铁车站基坑工程,提出将既有基坑围护结构重新用作基坑围护结构设计思路,介绍了具体设计实施方法,并总结既有基坑围护结构再利用流程。研究表明:施工期间基坑始终处于安全稳定状态,提出的既有基坑围护结构再利用设计方法安全可靠;既有基坑围护结构再利用流程主要包括可行性研究、初步设计、安全性分析、辅助改造强化措施和现场实施;与采用常规支护结构相比,基坑利用既有围护结构,节省了施工成本,缩短了工期,减弱了施工对环境的影响,可实现安全、经济、绿色施工。

Abstract:Owing to the influence of massive construction of deep excavation, a large number of retaining structures remain in the stratum. How to use the existing retaining structure to achieve green environmental protection is an urgent problem for engineers. In order to make use of the residual value of the existing retaining structure, relying on a project of metro station, a new idea was put forward that the existing retaining structure can be used as the retaining structure of the a new deep excavation. Then, the design method of reusing the existing retaining structure was introduced in detail, and the reuse process was summarized. The results show that during the whole construction period, the deep excavation remains in safe state. The design method of reusing the existing retaining structure is safe and reliable. The reuse of the existing retaining structure mainly includes feasibility study, preliminary design, safety analysis, reinforcement measures for auxiliary transformation and on-site implementation. Compared with conventional supporting structure, the use of existing retaining structure can save construction cost, shorten construction period, and reduce the impact of construction on the environment. The reuse of the existing structure has realized safe, economic and green construction.
