| 摘 要： | 为客观、全面、系统地梳理我国住房租赁市场领域现有的研究成果,以中国知网数据库收录的153篇文献为研究对象,利用SATI、NetDraw、Citespace工具对该领域研究内容与热点进行可视化分析,以期拓展住房租赁市场领域研究的视角,并为该领域的进一步研究奠定基础。

| Abstract: | In order to objectively,comprehensively and systematically reflect the current research results of the housing rental market in China,this paper uses 153 documents selected from CNKI as the basic data,and uses SATI,NetDraw,and Citespace to visualize the research content and hot spots in this field.In order to expand the perspective of research in the housing rental market and lay the foundation for further research in this field. |
