陶瓷超级电容器的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了新型电能储存单元陶瓷超级电容器,概述了其发展现状,以及较之现有几种电池的优势。详述了陶瓷超级电容器的结构及工作原理。从钛酸钡粉体的掺杂、粉体粒径、击穿电压三方面分析了陶瓷超级电容的关键技术。

Abstract:The super ceramic capacitors of a new electrical-energy-storage unit are introduced.Development status of super ceramic capacitors are summarized and its advantages are reflected comparing with another kinds of batteries.Its structure and work elements are also described.Key technologies of super ceramic capacitors are analyzed from three respects which include doped barium titanate,size of powder and breakdown voltage
