| 摘 要： | 由于流域内大多为低水头径流式水电站 ,防洪库容不足 ,且河道逐年淤积 ,行洪能力减弱 ,沿岸防洪设施标准不高 ,致使西江流域中下游地区常遭遇洪灾 ,通过对流域洪灾特性及成因分析 ,提出了西江防洪的几点建议 :加快干支流控制性水电工程建设 ,提高调洪蓄洪能力 ;建设高标准的防洪堤 ,提高城镇防洪水平 ;加强河道管理及江河清淤除障疏浚 ,改善和增强河道行洪能力 ;水土保持 ,增强中上游山地保水固土能力 ,减少水土流失。

| Abstract: | Because the hydropower stations of the Xijiang basin are midsty of lower water head and runoff,flood proofing storage is inadequate,river channel silt,flood proofing standard is lower,the midstream/downstream reach usually happen flood disaster.In view of such the problems,by analyzing basin flood characteristics and causes,the author put forward the proposals of the Xijiang basin flood proofing work. |
