| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外大型高炕应用冷却壁的情况，分析了宝钢３ＢＦ冷却壁水管早期损坏的原因及采取的对策。当冷却壁式高炉内衬被侵蚀或冷却壁水管被烧损时，采用高效冷却筒来加强冷却，取得了良好的效果，对冷却壁高炉具有推广价值。
