利用赤泥制备CBC复合材料的研究

摘    要:以拜耳法赤泥为主要原料,通过低温煅烧、机械粉磨、化学激发,以充分激发赤泥活性,制备成强度高、成本低、经济、环保的CBC复合材料。研究了激发剂、胶凝材料细度、骨料对复合材料力学性能的影响和作用效果,考察了材料在不同条件下的吸水性、泛霜性。

Abstract:The Bayer France red mud as the main raw material,through cryogenic calcine,machinery grind and chemical stimulation,fully inspired the activity of red mud,a kind of high-intensity,low-cost,economic,environmental CBC composite material is produced.The affection and influence impact of stimulating reagent,gelled material degree of fineness,aggregateto mechanical performance of composite materials are also studied,waterabsorbing performance and pan-frost of materials in different conditions are investigated.
