| Abstract: | In this paper, state of the alum doing of the NO.3 water plant before and after technical reformation was introduced. From the theoretical and practical point of view to equip a constant flow liquid feeder, not only the water quality was guaranteed but the reagent consumption was droped down also, this measure is ecnomical, practical and ought to be popularized. |
