数控机床滚珠丝杠的固有纵振研究

摘    要:文章根据数控机床滚珠丝杠常用安装结构形式,运用直杆纵向弹性支承简化模型对数控机床滚珠丝杠工作时的轴向工况进行简化,采用Laplace变换和弹性振动理论对数控机床的滚珠丝杠纵向振动进行了建模研究,导出了弹性直杆在不同边界条件下固有纵振时的振型函数及频率特征方程。通过实例证明了方法与模型的简便和可行。

Abstract:Based on the ordinary amounting construction of roller lead screw in NC machine tools, applying straight-bar fore-and-aft elastic brace simplifying model, this paper aims to simplify the fore-and-aft operating condition of roller lead screw in NC machine tools. Applying Laplace Transform and elastic vibration theory, the paper studies the modeling of fore-and-aft vibration conditions of roller lead screw on NC machine tools, the study then deducts the vibration functions and frequency characteristic equations of natural vibration on the conditions of various boundaries. An practical example proves the method and model to be simple and convenient, and feasible.
