| 摘 要： | 铝熔体净化的好坏直接关系到高性能铝材的质量水平。西南铝加工厂为满足市场对３００４铝合金罐材、箔材、航空铝材的质量要求，自行设计、开发双级在线式净化设备（ＤＤＦ）。设备最大处理铝熔体能力为４００ｋｇ／ｍｉｎ。结合生产２８０３８１５ｔ铸锭的实践和熔体净化理论以及国内外的有关文献，论证了ＤＤＦ系统技术指标的先进性、工艺的稳定性和经济的合理性。

| Abstract: | The aluminum melt cleaning affects directly quality of aluminum alloy product.The Southwest aluminum fabrication plant develops in line double degassing and filtration system,to meet coustomers need for high qualities of 3004 aluminum alloy can sheets,foils,aircraft aluminum materials.The equipments have treatment capabilities of 400 kg/min.The quality advantages processes steady and economy rationality of the DDF system were demonstrated,based on producing practices of 2 803 815 t ingot,melt cleaning theories and related literatures. |
