亲水性铝箔耐蚀基底性能检测方法研究

摘    要:耐蚀基底的性能检测及评价,是保证空调热交换器用亲水性铝箔整体性能和质量的关键。应用碱液点滴实验法检测(磷)铬酸盐处理基底耐蚀性,并结合扫描电镜观察膜的表观与能谱分析,克服了传统的加速腐蚀实验精度低、重现性差的缺点。结果表明点滴实验法简便易行,结果准确可靠,为化学转化膜的性能检测及评价提供了一种定量方法,值得推广应用。

Abstract:The measurement and evaluation of the anti-corrosion sub-coatings,is the key to guarantee the integral properies and quality of hydrophilic aluminum foil for heat exchangers of air conditioners.In this thesis the alkaline liquid dropping experimentation,together with SEM and EDS experiments,was practiced on the phosphoric and chromatic sub-coatings.The results show that the dropping experimentation is simple and easy to carry out,with results being accurate and reliable.The method is very useful for the measurement and evaluation of chemical conversion films and worth to be generalized.
