3号水工沥青的研制

摘    要:以克拉玛依环烷基稠油脱油沥青、减压渣油及稠油馏份为原料,分别采用脱油沥青和减压渣油调合、脱油沥青和稠油馏份调合,以及脱油沥青加入增延剂三种工艺,制备水工沥青试样,试样检测结果表明:三种工艺制备的试样均满足2008年石油化工行业"水工石油沥青"产品标准中3号水工沥青的技术要求。通过对三种工艺所制备试样性质对比分析,以稠油脱油沥青加入增延剂调合工艺所制备的3号水工沥青性质最优。

Abstract:In this paper,hydraulic asphalt was prepared by the raw materials of deoiled asphalt from cycloalkyl heavy oil,vacuum residuum and heavy oil fraction.Three techniques such as blending of deoiled asphalt and vacuum residuum,blending of deoiled asphalt and heavy oil fraction,putting increased ductility agent into deoiled asphalt were adopted for preparing hydraulic asphalt Examination of samples showed that hydraulic asphalt produced by three techniques could meet the standard for 3~# hydraulic asphalt,which was published by petroleum chemistry in 2008.The technique of putting increased ductility agent into deoiled asphalt was optimal by the performance comparison of samples prepared by three techniques.
