感应加热自动淬火机床的关键技术及相关机构的设计

摘    要:文章介绍了感应加热原理及优势,利用感应加热技术在卧式自动淬火机床上解决了轴类零件自动化感应淬火工艺,替代了传统的淬火工艺。能准确控制并满足不同轴径尺寸的轴类零件的淬火要求。文中主要介绍了三种关键技术:输送料的关键技术,零件表面淬火的均匀性和淬火深度的关键技术,送进料的关键技术。并简单介绍了实现关键技术的结构设计。

Abstract:The paper introduces the principle and superiority of introduction heating and the use of such heating in the horizontal automatic quenching machine to deal with the automatic introduction quenching technology in the shaft components to replace the traditional quenching technology.It also introduces three key technologies,i.e.,transporting material,uniformity and quenching depth on the surface of the part and sending material as well as the structural design.
