| Abstract: | The cultivation of undergraduates' technological and innovative abilities is in conformity with the comprehensive implementation of scientific outlook on development and answers the demand of social development and the reform on higher education and the growth of undergraduates.The paper analyses and discusses,in different aspects,the factors that influence such cultivation and explores effective methods and approaches in this light. |
