| 摘 要： | 近年来"学习型组织"理论越来越为国人接受并运用于管理工作。本文通过对"学习型组织"的概念、特征以及《供应链管理》课程的特点、现有教学模式和方法的不足等方面进行分析,综合阐述了"学习型组织"理论在《供应链管理》教学中的应用。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the theory of learning organization has been accepted by more and more people and applied to the routine management.Based on the concept and characteristics of learning organization and the characteristics of the course Supply Chain Management,this paper analyzes the existing shortcomings in the current teaching models and methods and discusses ways to apply learning organization theory in the teaching of the course. |
