乙烯装置前脱丙烷前加氢流程设计要点的分析

摘    要:提出了乙烯装置前脱丙烷前加氢流程设计应考虑的主要因素,比较并分析了这些因素对系统能耗、运转周期、可靠性、操作弹性等的影响。前脱丙烷前加氢流程的设计要点为:裂解气压缩压力的设计决定了压缩机末段与高压脱丙烷塔的相对位置;为了减缓高压脱丙烷塔结垢,高压脱丙烷塔塔釜温度设计应低于80℃;裂解气压缩机末段最小返回线的回路应该包括压缩机末段、高压脱丙烷塔系统和乙炔前加氢系统;乙炔前加氢反应器的入口温度通过控制冷却器旁路阀开度和冷却水流量调节控制,以保证其稳定操作;低压脱丙烷塔塔顶物流去向根据高压脱丙烷塔塔顶压力来确定。

Abstract:The key designing points for front-end depropanizer and acetylene front-end hydrogenation process in ethylene plant were stated.Effects of the factors on energy consumption,length of running cycle,reliability and turn-down ratio of the process were analyzed.Designing key points for front-end depropanizer and acetylene front-end hydrogenation process were obtained:relative position between last stage of cracking gas compressor and high pressure(HP) depropanizer depended on designed compressor pressure;bottom temperature of HP depropanizer must be controlled below 80 ℃ to slow down the fouling of the column;acetylene front-end hydrogenation reactor inlet temperature was controlled by regulating cooler bypass valve and flowrate of cooling water to guarantee steady operation of acetylene front-end hydrogenation system,and overhead stream direction of low pressure depropanizer depended on HP depropanizer pressure.
