基于神经网络与IMC—PID的CPE聚合温度控制

摘    要:氯化聚乙烯作为一种新型的高分子聚合体材料,被广泛地应用在塑料和橡胶的生产中。温度是该控制过程的主要被控参数,但是由于其存在大滞后、大惯性等特点,采用传统的串级调节方式难以获得理想的控制效果。为了实现系统平稳、准确的自动控制,提出将神经网络控制与内模PID控制相结合的复合控制方法。仿真结果表明,该方法具有良好的控制性能和实用价值。

Abstract:Chlorinated polyethylene(CPE ),as a new type of macromolecule polymer material, is widely used in plastics and rubber production. Temperature is the main controlled parameter of its control process. Because of its characteristics of long time delay and large inertia, the traditional PID control mode is difficult to obtain an idealized effect. In order to realize a steady and accurate automatic control system, proposes a compound control method which eombines neural network control (NN)with IMC-PID control. The simulation result indicates that this method can achieve a good control performance, enabling it have the value of practicality.
