| 摘 要： | 计算机辅助质量管理是企业实施先进生产模式的重要基础。提出了一种以故障模式为基础的外部质量控制和分析的方法 ,论述了基于故障模式的外部质量控制及分析的基础 ,分析了外部质量控制过程中产生的质量信息的方法及基于质量信息数据库的知识发现 ,以及故障原因分析知识的数据挖掘和从故障现象到故障原因的聚类挖掘

| Abstract: | Computer aided quality management is the important base for implementing advanced production mode. In order to tighten up the management of the external quality, and to improve the product quality and service quality, we advance an external quality control and analysis method based on the fault mode. Firstly, we discuss the constitution of the quality mode. Then we discuss the external quality control process based on the fault mode, and give a method to analyze quality information produced with the external quality control process. At last, we discuss the knowledge discovery based on quality information database. |
