化学镀Ni-P合金镀层孔隙率的影响因素

摘    要:钕铁硼化学镀Ni-P合金层的孔隙率与镀层的耐蚀性有很大的关系。以铁氰化钾为指示剂采用贴滤纸法测定钕铁硼化学镀Ni-P合金层的孔隙率,研究了镀液pH、温度、主盐、还原剂及络合剂浓度对化学镀Ni-P合金层孔隙率的影响,并确定最佳的镀液参数,通过扫描电镜验证实验结果。结果表明:孔隙率随着镀液组成、pH及温度的增加而先减小后增加。

Abstract:Corrosion resistance of the electroless plating coating is directly related with the porosity of the coating.Effect of bath temperature,pH,concentrations of complexant,NiSO4 and NaH2PO2 on porosity of electroless Ni-P coating were investigated in this paper using the filter paper method.The best parameters for the plating bath were confirmed.The coating porosity was examined by means of the scanning electro microscopy(SEM).Results show that the porosity is decreased in the earlier process and increased in the late process with the increase in the plating bath parameters.The filter paper method using potassium ferrocyanide as an indicator was a practicable way.
