摘    要:以汉川电厂轴流式引风机为例,通过监测风道中气固两相流中介质的不同运动规 律,分析以磨损为特征的大颗粒在叶片工作表面流动和以粘附为特征的较小颗粒在叶片非工 作表面流动。根据气固两相流动和数学模型方面的研究,提出了磨蚀的计算方法和防止叶片 磨蚀的有效手段。

Abstract:Through monitoring different motion law of working substances of gas-s olid two phase flow in channel, flow conditions of large particles characterized by erosion in blade working surface as well as flow conditions of small particl es characterized by fouling in blade non-working surface are analyzed. Based on study to two aspects of gas-solid two-phase flow and mathematical model, the cal culation program for blade erosion and the countermeasures are resented.
