| 摘 要： | 采用Dionex ICS-3000型离子色谱仪,测定葡萄糖水解液中葡萄糖和5-羟甲基糠醛的含量。该方法分析时间短、简单、重复性好,相对标准偏差为0.61%,回收率为98.1%,最低检出限为0.01mg/L。
