新型复合材料导卫的研制

摘    要:介绍了研制的复合材料导卫的工艺特点和性能,其导卫本体为ZG45或40Cr工作面为具有一定厚度的抗磨高合金层。通过采用新型强化工艺,使合金层与本体在液态、半液态时一次形成。复合导卫的寿命是高铬铸铁的(3~8)倍,是普通铸铁的(20~40)倍.

Abstract:This paper introduces the technology characteristic and property of the guide made of composite material. Its base is made of ZG45 or 40Cr. Its working surface is made of an anti-wear high alloy sheet with certain thickness. By using new type of strengening technology, alloy sheet and base is formed at the same time when they are in liquid condition and semi-liquid condition. The life-span of the guide made of composite material is (3 ~ 8) times of the guide made of high Cr alloyed cast iron and (20 ~ 40) times of the guide made of conunn cast iron.
