锦界工业园供水工程水泵机组选型

摘    要:水库水位是一个变量,供水工程近期和远期规模也不同,扬程和流量作为选泵的主要参数都在变化,给坝后泵站水泵机组选型带来一定的困难。一般传统选型作法按照远期规模设计,近期规模通过减少机组安装台数来实现,致使机组长期在低效区运行,能耗高、汽蚀加剧甚至威胁供水安全。随着水泵技术的发展,笔者提出通过更换水泵叶轮方法来实现近期与远期不同规模的变化,保证了水泵机组在不同阶段高效运行,且避免了二次设备安装,构筑物长期闲置等弊端。结合锦界工业园供水工程实例,提出该种水泵机组选型方法的应用。

Abstract:The type selection of pump unit for pump station at dam toe has many difficulties because the reservoir level is a variable,the near-term and long-term scale of water supply project is different,and the uplift and discharge as main parameters for selection of pumps are changing.The traditional method is to select type according to the long-term scale,and the number of pump units to be installed is decreased in the near-term scale,which results in unit operation at low efficiency,high energy consumption,worse cavitation and even threat to water supply security.Along with the development of pump technology,the author proposes to replace the pump impeller so as to meet the near-term and long-term scale change,which ensures operation of pump units at high efficiency at different stages and avoids installation of the equipment for the second time and long leisure of structures,etc.The paper recommends this type selection method for pump units based on the practice of Jingjie industry zone water supply project.
